Lamb Lollipops with Peach Salsa
Ingredients
For the Lamb Lollipops:
- 8 Lamb Lollipops (Local Lamb from The Butcher of Kingsville)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Garlic Salt to taste
- 3 to 4 tablespoons olive oil
For the Peach Salsa:
- 2 Peaches 1 1/2 cups peaches, pitted and diced (From Lee and Marias Market)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 Vidalia onion diced
- 1 Jalapeno pepper diced finely
- 1 red pepper diced
- 2 limes juice
- Mint to taste chopped finely
