Spice Rubbed Cedar Plank Salmon with Strawberry Salsa
Ingredients
•1 large cedar plank, soaked
•1.25 lbs. salmon
•2 1/12 tablespoons brown sugar
•1 teaspoon ancho chili powder
•½ teaspoon smoked paprika
•½ teaspoon salt
Strawberry Salsa:
•1½ cups diced strawberries
•1½ tablespoons diced jalapeno
•¼ cup diced red onion
•¼ cup diced fresh cilantro
•lime juice
•salt to taste
